Privacy Policy
In brief
This policy explains what this website collects and how it is used.
We collect the information you choose to give us when you contact the firm, such as your name, telephone number, email address and a description of your matter. We use it to respond to you and to check for conflicts of interest.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it except with service providers who help us operate the firm and who are bound to protect it, or where the law requires disclosure.
Each of our four office pages carries an interactive Google Maps embed. It is loaded from Google, a third party, as soon as the page opens. Google therefore receives your IP address and basic browser information and can set its own cookies in your browser, and what Google does with those is governed by Google's privacy policy rather than by this one. We receive nothing from it.
The smaller map picture on the same page is a static image hosted by Greenacre Law and contacts nobody. Google or Apple receives information from the directions links only if you choose one, and that visit is then governed by that provider's privacy policy.
This website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, a Microsoft Advertising tag, and WhatConverts call tracking. They are delivered through Google Tag Manager. Together they set cookies in your browser that record how you reached this site, which pages you opened and whether you contacted us. We use that to judge which of our advertising is worth continuing, and for no other purpose.
WhatConverts also changes the telephone number shown on this site so that we can tell which advertisement produced a call. The number still rings our office. Calls placed to it are logged by that provider on our behalf and may be recorded.
You can refuse or delete these cookies in your browser settings without losing access to anything on this site, and you can still reach us by calling any office number listed on our contact page.
Contacting us through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential information until we have agreed in writing to represent you.
Questions about this policy can be directed to the firm at the telephone number listed on this site.
