Practice

Josué is a founding partner of Greenacre Law and manages the firm's Ontario office. His practice divides between real property litigation and the transactional work that sits alongside it.

On the litigation side he handles quiet title actions, disputes over purchase agreements, suretyship and security agreements, HOA covenants, boundaries, and the state and local regulatory questions that come with them. He also acts where a real property matter runs into a bankruptcy or a probate.

On the transactional side he advises on entity formation and structuring, commercial leasing, asset purchases, and the estate planning questions that follow from how property is held.

He was admitted to the State Bar of California on 23 February 2013 and is an active member in good standing with no record of discipline. He studied at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Thomas More Law Honor Society and took First Honors in Secured Transactions in Real Property and Ethical Lawyering.
