Practice

Cynthia is a founding partner of Greenacre Law and works from the firm's Los Angeles office. Her practice covers estate planning and the litigation that follows when a plan is contested or a trustee does not do what the instrument requires.

She prepares wills and trusts and advises families on probate administration. When those matters are disputed she represents both beneficiaries and fiduciaries, in trust contests, petitions to determine whether property belongs to a trust or an estate, and claims that a trustee or personal representative has not met their duties.

Cynthia speaks Spanish and works with Spanish-speaking clients directly rather than through an interpreter, which matters in estate matters where the details are personal and the documents are technical. She studied Spanish and Ethnic Studies at the University of California, Berkeley, and has studied the literature and history of the Hispanic nations.

She was admitted to the State Bar of California on 3 December 2015 and is an active member in good standing with no record of discipline. She received her legal education at Trinity Law School in Santa Ana.

Away from the firm she hikes, runs, and does puzzles.
